Abstract
The magistral pharmacies have stood out in the segment of vegetal products with the phytotherapics. The objective of this study was to verify the profile of the phytotherapics, and more frequently dispensed, in a magistral pharmacy. It was performed a quantitative research of the descriptive, documentary, transversal type, from the data collection of the electronic records in a magistral pharmacy of Jacutinga - MG, from January to December 2017. It was observed 479 manipulation orders, and prevalence of formulations for simple phytotherapics. Among the pharmaceutical forms, the most aviated was gelatin capsules, and in relation to dispensation, 56% of formulations for simple phytotherapics were made by prescription and for compound phytotherapics it was 50%. Prescribing professionals included physicians, nutritionists, biomedics and veterinarians. The simple phytotherapic that had the highest exit rate was ginkgo, with 43.13% by prescription, and the most frequent therapeutic class was of the vascular system. Of the compound phytotherapics was the formulation of pomegranate with polypodium, with 21.57% by prescription, and the most frequent therapeutic class was of the antioxidants. These data are important for the reflection on the development of phytotherapy, for the prescription and rational use of phytotherapeutic.
